The Tangle Teezer, everyone and their dog has heard about it.
According to many beauty bloggers this is the holy grail when it comes to hairbrushes.
At first I didn’t want to give in to the hype, but when my hair stylist used it on me, I couldn’t help but notice how good it felt and how easy it seemed to sort my wavy hair into straight locks.
And when I saw this gorgeous golden Tangle Teezer, I just had to take it home.
Anyway, let’s go and see if this is worth the hype! Continue reading
I live for lazy sunday mornings, pamper sessions and surrounding myself with scented candles.

Even though I am not quite ready to say goodbye to summer yet, there are quite a few things I look forward to about fall.
I mean, when it’s cold, windy and raining outside, we deserve some comforting items in our life, am I right? Read more to find out what I really enjoy during the beautiful autumn season.
I used to be blessed to have normal skin, I never really suffered from acne, dry patches or any other inconvenience.
But boy did mother nature play a little trick on me, lately my skin has been extremely shiny and there were little blemishes on my forehead.
The blemishes were hardly noticeable but it was the shine that was making me feel really self conscious, so I knew I had to find a way to fix it.
After doing a little research, and seeing this product pop up on Ruth‘s blog more than once, I figured my best bet was to try out La Roche Posay’s Effaclar Duo +.
And I am so glad that I did!
Here’s my review! Continue reading
Ever since I was given a sample of the D’Fluff Shaving Soap, I knew I had to get this product.
My skin tends to get a razor burn almost instantly after shaving, no matter what razor I use [let me know if there’s a holy grail razor], but D’Fluff calms my skin right down and gives it the care that it needs. Continue reading
My skin is going through quite some changes lately, it used to be absolutely fine for years [if only I realized it at the time], but lately my t-zone is super oily and today I noticed I am starting to break out on my forehead. Probably because I am changing my skincare routine every second.
So I thought; why not try out Lush Enzymion, I’ve been interested in trying this moisturizer ever since I started noticing my oily t-zone, so the other day I popped into Lush and the sales lady was kind enough to give me a very generous sample so I could give it a try.
As it is summer, my skin tends to get a bit more oily in my t-zone than usual and I was running out of moisturizer, so I was looking for a light moisturizer that was still hydrating enough. After a bit of research I decided I wanted to try the Ultra Facial Moisturizer.
This product might work for some people, but unfortunately it did not work me, want to know why? Read more.
As I have been house hunting a lot lately, I thought it’s about time I start thinking about how I want my home to look like.
I have started collecting little bits and bobs that I stumble upon already, I think it’s nice to buy things when they cross your path, as oppose to buying everything at the same time, just because you need it. It’s the little details that make a house a home. Continue reading
